Offshore Wind Power Systems of Texas, Inc. (OWPST) technology is unmatched globally. OWPST has restructured the construction and deployment of wind power offshore with high megawatt output operational platforms called TITAN. These platforms have lower operational costs while adding water desalination, green(H2) hydrogen production mineral extraction and several other features.
OWPST patented platforms are built on land and are easily towed to the desired location with negligible environmental impact at a much less cost and with a rapid setup time. The systems are deep water platforms with no ocean piling ore environmental disruption required to place the systems for operation. Optimal operating water depth range is up to 100 meters which exceeds the traditional mono pole system. The environmental impact of the TITAN is the most attractive in the industry. With no seabed preparation, no mooring line hazards to sea mammals, no drilling or driving vibrations, and fast and simple decommissioning, the TITAN provides the most attractive environmental profile of all solutions.
Scale-able up to 12 megawatt generators are place on our TITAN platforms which can sustain the force of a category 5 hurricane. OWPST has also designed a 15 - 30 megawatt system for future planning. OWPST patented platforms can be constructed, launched and operated at half the cost of traditional platforms with much less maintenance and associated cost. OWPST platforms support desalination/DI water from up to 30,000,000 gallons of water per day per unit. Green(H2)Hydrogen can be produced onboard the TITAN, but depending on project location is also produced onshore in a conventional green(H2) hydrogen production facility that is fed desalinated deionized water directly from the offshore TITAN. We have three different versions of our platform and product processes including shallow, mid depth and deep water versions. Brine is processed and sold for agriculture and pharmaceutical use.
The TITAN 200 is a jack-up substructure designed specifically for the offshore wind industry by Dallas-based Offshore Wind Power Systems of Texas, The TITAN 200 carries the design credibility earned by a team of professional structural marine engineers who have successfully designed these solutions for more than 30 years. The design team's long and intimate familiarity with offshore engineering standards means the TITAN's certification is ensured. Indeed, the American Bureau of Shipping, who has certified 95 percent of the world's operational jack-up platforms, has issued classification and statutory certification for the TITAN.

It’s not difficult, it’s textbook and the bottom line is that there is plenty of available opportunity to develop it all over the world. The key within the aforementioned statement is “bottom line”!
We at OWPST are part of a developing industry in producing hydrogen. There is plenty of competition within this industry and a rather panic climate of getting into the position of producing enough hydrogen to impact the world’s CO2 emissions. In other words becoming zero carbon emitters that will result in making the planet a safer environment.
We listen to the competition talk about producing solutions for the market to use in achieving their goals to get to this zero carbon emission. However, their solutions don’t give the answers of how to get there; rather they just say “we can do it”. The problem that they have is not that they can’t get there but the “bottom line” and what they have not figured out is how to get there at a cost level that is acceptable or cost prudent. In addition, this same competition has waited far too long to get started in developing plans, systems, and a basic structure to achieve the goals in a timely manner.
At OWPST, however, we have long since completed our R and D, design and build up of machinery, testing, patents and certifications, along with readiness to present our proven systems through Green(H2) hydrogen that will give zero carbon emissions at acceptable cost levels to all markets, industry or others that seek to find the answers to their dilemma of zero carbon by 2030.

This illustration does capture the overall scenario of the hydrogen development, with the exception of the feed stock to develop the largest change in energy sourcing since oil and gas was discovered and developed in the late 1800's to production in the 1920's to today.
With the exception of feed stocks, being land based vs offshore. Water, fresh water is a huge issue and it's not getting better, just ask the country of Panama among others. Three quarters of the earths surface is water, sea water, and that is also the best area to locate a renewable energy source, the other feed stock necessary electric power.
.... That's something, and a place we been making a living for 40 years.
