This is our feedstock . The world is on the cusp of a new era of offshore hydrogen production of industrial volumes and the stage is set for producing green hydrogen from offshore wind and (DI) seawater. Building on existing and proven technology, offshore wind farms have the potential to become future production hubs for green hydrogen production at scale to meet increasing demand. The OWPST TITAN Platform represents a generational breakthrough in cost-effective (DI) seawater applications.
Offshore Wind Power Systems of Texas, or OWPST, is a Dallas-based company that designs, manufactures, deploys, and operates water desalination (sea recovery) plants for island and coastal communities around the world
We are in the Offshore Energy Industry and have extensive knowledge gained over the last 4 decades with energy projects in US, Asia and Europe, and have far-reaching presence world wide. We understand the business clearly from a commercial and technical standpoint. We have designed and produced products on a state of the art level and hold several advantages in the industry by holding technical know how as well as patented technology
The Titan Wind Turbine Platform was created to economically support a single wind turbine in water depths of 40 meters to 100 meters. By using proven methods for designing jack-up drilling rigs and utilizing the patented Titan Wind Turbine Platform, (US Pat. 7163355 “Mobile Wind-Driven Electric Generating Systems and Methods”), was designed to solve the deepwater dilemma. The TITAN Ocean Naiad represents a generational breakthrough in cost effective seawater desalination applications. As a stand alone platform, it can produce up to 30 million gallons of clean drinkable water per day, enough to meet the needs of 100,000 families of four. Powered by wind energy, the TITAN nearly eliminated the high cost of power electricity needed to demineralise seawater for drinking, or to desalinate and deionise seawater for producing hydrogen
These platforms have lower operational costs while adding water desalination, mineral extraction and several other features to include gas extraction and hydrogen production to the system. OWPST has restructured the construction and deployment of wind power offshore with high megawatt output operational platforms.
The platforms are eco-friendly with minimal disruption to marine life. Unlike other offshore units with disruptive piling of the sea bed, OWPST platforms drop down and rest on the floor and can be moved with a minimal footprint in a single day.

Wally passed away on July 10th with family at his side and all of his professional colleagues thoughts and prayers close by. As head of operations and the Chief Operating Officer for Offshore Wind Power Systems of Texas, LLC, he was infinitely close to all aspects of our flagship the Titan. He was former Vice President and Managing Director of Vestas Technology R&D Americas and the former head of design quality for AREVA Wind. Wally was an experienced corporate executive who saw everything through to its end result. A tactician-cum-strategist, Wally effectively translated an objective into all the necessary executable elements and then ensured their successful completion. Always a hands-on leader, always preferring to engage directly with people at all levels of the organization. He will be missed by his colleagues but his legacy will continue to lead the way for all those who follow in his footsteps
Offshore Wind Power Systems of Texas, or OWPST is a Dallas Texas based company that designs, manufactures, deploys and operates water desalination (sea recovery) plants for coastal and island communities around the world. Our Engineering Office and staff are located in Houston Texas office. This is where the design and analysis of structural and mechanical systems takes place. All of our engineering for process plants, marine and offshore structures including machinery design is handled by our Houston staff.
With the advent of increased awareness and need for carbon emission reduction in the Northeast U.S., we have established an office that is strategically closer to business requiring our services.
OWPST has had an established office and staff in Rome for a number of years. This office is of service to no only the Mediterranean states but also to the majority of Europe as well. We are in the process of seeking out a location closer to and specifically designed for our United Kingdom business.
With both projects and contacts developing in the North Africa region we are establishing an office that will specifically be servicing this area.
This is another area that is requiring us to open and staff an office that will be working with the business and governments within this region.
